What are the candidates' qualifications?

All candidates are thoroughly vetted for their skills, qualifications, and experience. Most of our talented hires hold a degree in a relevant field and bring several years of experience from well-known corporates.

How quickly can we hire?

We aim to match the right talent with our clients within 2 to 3 weeks. As this is a long-term partnership, it’s essential that we recruit candidates who are the perfect fit for our clients’ needs.

What is the length of the contract?

We believe it can take up to 3 months to fully integrate and establish a smooth working relationship with your matched talent. To support this transition, we offer a 3-month rolling contract that ensures a seamless onboarding and off-boarding process.

Will the hire be working UK hours?

There will be a 6-hour overlap between the client and the talent, along with 2 hours of deep work time for the talent to catch up and organise tasks before the UK client starts their day.

What post-hire support is available?

We’re here to support you every step of the way, ensuring a smooth integration and long-term success with your new team member. Every talent goes through our dedicated training program, and we also provide tailored training for specific roles when needed. And if for any reason things don’t work out, we’ll find you a better match—completely free of charge.
